Hello and welcome to my website, My name is Wendy Powell, I live in Cornwall and gain much of my inspiration from the countryside surrounding me.
I returned to painting about 7 years ago and have been developing my style ever since, I joined the Camborne Society of Art and Craft in 2003 and my painting has progressed since then.
My favourite mediums are pen and wash and watercolour but I also enjoy working in acrylic.
I have had several Commissions for portraits which have gone as far away as Australia, Switzerland, Canada and all around England.
I paint for the love of painting and feel thrilled when someone admires my work.
